New Free Delivery Limits

• Courier shipments are picked up from us daily and delivered to customers within 2 to 3 business days.
• Orders submitted for processing on a business day by 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day if products are available in our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse.
• Orders submitted for processing on a business day after 12:00 PM are shipped within 2 business days if products are available in our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse.
• Orders for non-standard goods or unavailable items will be processed at a specified time, which we will inform you about in the order confirmation sent.

Standard courier shipments do not send oversized and heavy goods:

• rolled pipes longer than 1.5 mb and with a diameter not exceeding 315 mm,
• rectangular ventilation ducts, fittings, and equipment of significant dimensions,
• load-bearing steel profiles (mounting rails), profiles for the production of intake and exhaust vents and dampers, and channel profiles,
• individual small-sized elements with a significant weight exceeding 50 kg,
• non-standard oversized (spatial) elements
• roof bases, intake and exhaust vents, roof ventilators, wall intakes and exhausts, and other spatial elements that may be damaged.
